The water dragon god is a lonely god who is often given sacrifices to reward the villager with good harvest. He hasn't excepted any until he meets Asahi. He should sound cold and emotionless yet still give off a large amount of personality.

I like this however it is a little too fast to appear somewhat emotionless.
