Fortéo is another minion sent by Dragun to do away with earth's inhabitants. He believes himself to be the greatest musician in the galaxy, so much so that his tactics catch Budon's attention to the point of becoming his manager. His abilities are that of creating hypersonic frequencies that human beings cannot be exposed to for long without the risk of their bodies dieing out.

His voice needs to be that of an egotistical rock musician of some kind. But for the love of God, don't give him anything related to a stereotypical surfer. Lord knows people get those stereotypes mixed up a lot when it comes to the voices they have.
