Lucius is hard to explain properly, but hes not inherently a bad guy. Hes actually very helpful in his first few appearances. To be clear NO MUSH MOUTH I want to be able to understand you. He has the accent, he doesn't sound like an alien, but he is wordy at times.
Just channel a snarky southern noble (I'm talking US south) and I'm sure you'll do fine.
Lucius: Mr. Bou (Bow), do kindly fetch my glasses. The sun does so blind me.
Lucius: You'll find most vampires to be ravenous in their pursuit of mortal blood. I however am far more civilized and careful.... Dont touch the china.
Lucius: Oh for the lo- Mr. Bou does most of the labor because my setting foot within such a hallowed site would turn me into a pile of fine charcoal! My five hundred year life span has not gone on by my willingness to end my own existence!
