Camilla's mother, a strict and duplicitous lady who wishes to win the favor of King Garon and will do anything to do so. A medium-low to medium tone of voice is preferred, and I imagine her to have a mature, calm voice with a controlling undertone to it. An easier way to think about it would be to think about grown-up Camilla's voice, minus the seductiveness.
(normal speaking voice) You're up. Breakfast will be here soon. (turns stern) So fix your expression. You have guilt written all over your face. If others see you looking like that, they'll discover you easily.
(amicable) Come in! (turns courteous) Set it down on that table. We'll eat in a moment.
