Zero Voice for Agent Desmond Arhtur
Desmond, is a mysterious character. He meets Jerome shortly after Maya's birth. We are lead to believe he is a new father as well, but, we quickly learn that Agent Arthur knows a lot more about Jerome than he would like. Desmond's mood and tone shifts periodically as he begins to warn Jerome of some serious cause and effects. Desmond is meant to be vague in his description and dialogue. He is not a good man by any means. When he speaks, you know that negativity and darkness radiate from him. He works in Internal Affairs with the Galactic Intelligence Committee (GIC).

His voice changes as he speaks with Jerome. Should start out as easy-going, smooth, shift to stern, end with some arrogance.
His age range is late 20s-early 30s.

(Speak with arrogance, he is leaving Jerome reeling. Speak like you are above him) You have my contact information should anything arise. Good day Jerome. Oh, and congratulations!
I like the deep tone to your voice, however, Desmond's voice and how he speaks changes in his time with Jerome. I've updated the lines some, would love for you to give it another go. The second line he is trying to infer more about Jerome, he's curious. The third set is where he changes to a stern and dead approach. Keep that deep tone you have, and with the final line "oh and congratulations," he just dropped some hard news on Jerome, Desmond saying that is not a warm happy tone at all.
