Dr. Miller is the doctor who is running the experiment of prototype A1K. He lies to the candidates saying how it is a vaccine for a fatal illness and that it is for a good cause. The vaccine is actually an experiment to see if humans to adapt to unnatural abilities. 

  • When you meet with the candidates try not to scare them off. Be persautive and don't forget to metion the rewards. 

  • Ms. Ames, you need to calm down. Everything will be explained later.

  • I'm sorry for lying to you. They are here and they will kill every last one of you.
