Meadow Meyers is and has been Faith's best friend since they were both little. Meadow is a shy girl and is often teased for being small and nerdy. She loves studying and always puts her grades before anything else, including her health. When Meadow suddenly collapses from a heart attack in Middle School, she's diagnosed with a health problem that could very well take her life and soon controls it. Much like Faith, Meadow attempts to forget about her health state and continue with her life as if she's perfectly okay. When Faith moves away in High School, Meadow is stuck alone to be torn to pieces by her bullies missing her best friend and wishing she could have been given the chance to rewrite her story.
