Vixen, real name unknown, is a mysterious hacker known for her huge record of attacks towards big companies and taking errands for money, her name was made famous online and it spread all across the globe, being known now as a big threat towards corrupt companies, becoming sort of like an internet hero, but also a criminal outside of it.

Vixen is very quiet and uses her Murder Channel phone to speak to you and other participants which is why she doesn't have many voice lines, however, she seems to be very distrustful and serious.
