I like where you're going with this! One thing is that these characters are all VERY passionate and put a lot of emphasis into the words they are speaking. The first line is Naofumi saying something that really shocks her and catches her off guard. The second line is an impassioned speech defending the person she has come to love and care for, someone who has been mistreated and broken by the people in front of her. The third one is being faced with something that aggravates her PTSD, so she is freaking out, panicking, crying. The person in front of her is being eaten by a monster but she is too scared to help. She wants to run away with all of her might. Hope this helps!
