Marx is planned to be a major antagonist in the SSBU universe. As of now I am not sure how significant he will actually be, but he is supposed to show up in Episode 4 for now. He will work alongside Iggy.
Marx has a high pitched voice, if you have any equipment you can try to manipulate your voice to sound over the top high while still keeping it realistic enough.

It is certainly not as bad as you claim it is. I would appreciate it however if you could give it another go. Your voice should be a little bit louder, that is for sure. You may also speak a bit slower so you can focus on the lines better and get the proper emotion across. I also have a set of different lines for Marx here in the comments if you feel like trying them out.
