Kaminari's quirk allows him to shock foes much like a certain unamed yellow rat with red cheeks. After delivering a powerful shock he turns into a complete and utter fool incapable of speech and coherent thought. He likes to hang out with ᴹᶦⁿᵉᵗᵃ and can be a bit of a pervert at times.

  • [Casually greets Mineta, spots Jiro mid-sentence] Hey Mineta, you wouldn't *believe* the drawings of Jiro I found last night. OH- Hey... It's you... That thing about the drawings? That was nothing... (laughs awkwardly)

  • [Overly dramatic before going completely braindead after shocking self] And then Denki said, let there be power! (shocks self) YaY I DiD It! (incohesively rambles on after having brain scrambled)

  • [Thrilled] Alright Jiro, you ready to rock and roll? ... Yes I am seriously excited about powering an amp. This is the culmination of our quirks' compatibility. How can you not be excited??
