This is pretty good, their are two comments I want to make though. first off the pronunciation of Miya is (Mee-yah) basically I makes they ee sound. My other comment is tone, when running you lines some of them kind of seem to come off as condescending I don't know if that was the intention. However it feels jarring in that respect, for the first line she's mostly being a bit tsundere in the second line its more formal and the third lines is well resolute like I said. I say keep that stuff in mind if you want to try again.

Class Representative of the Year 1 "Snow" class, and a classmate of Miya's Has an earnest and hardworking personality. As a hard-nosed person, she often finds herself in leadership positions. She’s what you might call a high-class tsundere girl.

While she naturally does well academically and has common sense, whenever she gets into it with Miya, she always gets outreasoned and frequently stomps her feet. Having an unusually strong sense of shame, she gets flustered and briefly digs herself into a hole when thrust into a romantic relationship.

Risa is the primary main character meaning most of the story is from her point of view. So this role is the largest role by quite a bit.
