Ju grew up in an army family. Both of her parents were in the military. She moved around a lot in her youth from one military base to another. Her parents and other soldiers taught her how to use a wide variety of weapons, but she fixated on the blowgun. To her, it was the most efficient and stealthy weapon attainable. She honed her blowgun skills to the point where she could shoot a fly out of the air. Her skill was noticed by Future’s Fate Academy, and she was named the Ultimate Blowgun Sharpshooter. She is very serious and precise in everything she does.

Lines: Ju should have a medium range. She is very abrupt and to the point, but she is not entirely heartless. A similar voice would be Kyoko Kirigiri from Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc.
