Keiteki is a very easy-going and down to earth guy. He helped his best friend with their workshop musical by playing background kazoo in one of the songs. The musical was filmed and put on the internet. It went viral very quickly. Soon after, more and more people requested he play the kazoo for their songs as well, which is how he earned the title of Ultimate Kazooist. Keiteki also has backgrounds in most areas of theatre.
Keiteki should have a medium pitch. He sounds like a pretty casual guy. Keep in mind, he is a big theatre nerd. He will have moments that break his chill, and he makes a lot of references. Those references are in asterisks. A similar voice would be Denki Kaminari from My Hero Academia.
(Casual; happy) “Oh, hello there! My name’s Keiteki Fuku. I’m the Ultimate Kazooist! Heheh, I know it’s a pretty odd talent, but it’s gotten me this far.”
(Pondering) “High schoolers killing each other? That sounds like the plot of a musical...I wonder if we’ll have any *forged suicide notes* like that one show...”
(Excited) “Wait! This is the perfect kazoo opportunity! (plays kazoo) There. That’s just what the situation called for!”
(Excited)“You got this amazingness for me? Dude, this is *totally awesome!* Thanks so much! I’ll have to remember to return the favor!”
(Defensive) “Whoa whoa whoa. Are you accusing me of being a killer? Just cause I made an obscure reference? *Is there any justice* in that?”
