The villainous leader of Team Rocket. Giovanni is a talented leader and trainer that leads Team Rocket in many evil schemes and plots. Though they usually end up failing, Giovanni is still someone to be taken incredibly seriously.

For his voice, I'm looking for something that is a little deeper (not too deep though) and oozes with evil intentions. He's someone that when he talks you immediately know he's a bad guy, and he's a little cocky when presenting his skill and Team Rockets skill.
