Tenya tends to be a little uptight and serious but only because he cares about his well being and the well being of his class mates. He strives to be a great leader and follow in the footsteps of his older brother whom he looks up to and respects as a leader, hero, and sibling.

You're voice is rather suited in my opinion, but How you finish some of your sentences... I'm not quite sure how to put it. It just sounds off.
