She is seen narrating events that have yet to happen, but always end up coming true. She is an enigmatic character who appears to Savyna and the other main characters several times throughout the game.She is actually Catranne, one of the four witches who watch over Xelha.

If you can’t do a convincing elderly woman impression, you are not required to. Her elderly form is a disguise, and her true form is young and playful.

That was the best darn impression of an elderly fortune teller lady I've ever heard. Very theatrical! I also really liked your Catranne - very cheeky and playful, exactly what I had in mind. :] The only thing I have to add is when Catranne narrates as the Fortune Teller, she should sound a little more on the grim side, as she will will be speaking about disastrous events. Congratulations Mippa, you've been cast!
