{Minor, Single Chapter} Carlie's older cousin and a long time resident of the forbidden city of Shaddi. He is one of the city's primary authorities on theivery and massive pain to the Royal Family, preventing them from having a complete rule over Shaddi. He is a scruffy, cocky young man who embodies a somewhat of a half-assed attempt at being a Robin Hood figure. Ultimately he means well, but between a gambling addiction and a slight sense of greed, he's not the most admirable person to some.
