Loud, obnoxious, and a sweety. Seriously, Karkat is pretty sweet. He'd have a soft side, his voice would likely be a bit tough and scratchy while also being a bit pre pubescent.
"THAT'S BEEN GOING ON EVER SINCE JOHN STARTED SCRATCHING THAT BIG GODDAMN RECORD, AREN'T YOU ACCLIMATED TO IT BY NOW?"
"......................................" (Some angry noises, grunts, just general Karkat sounds of irritation)
"I DO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AS MUCH AS IT MAKES ME SICK TO MY VARIOUS BITS OF ALIEN PHYSIOLOGY YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF, THESE GIRLS ARE CLEARLY FLIRTING WITH BOTH OF YOU PRETTY HARD."
I think your interpretation of this was pretty good. Though I honestly see Karkat with a raspier voice (due to him yelling all of the time). And it seems like when you yell, or at least get aggressive with your mic, that the quality goes a bit downhill due to the mic catching all of your breath when you speak. So I'd find a way of getting rid of that if I were you. Overall, great audition, a lot of emotion, just some technical errors.
