The man sent in to order the Commander and his men to evacuate in the wake of the approaching enemy force. He knows they will refuse and he is not a man to back down easily. He doesn't have a heart of stone however. He understands their situation, but he has orders and intends to follow through on them.
NOTE: Try not to give him the typical evil voice or anything. He's not the villain, he's just doing his job, so give him some humanity.
Again, I have no reference to give you for him, because I want you to create his voice. Give as many different takes as you wish.
(Confidently responding) "Administration sent me in to do a simple job, and son I expect that you will follow my orders without question."
(Loudly declaring to the commander) "This chopper can carry a total weight of ten people. Any more and you wont make it a mile. Ten souls are making it out of this hellhole tonight. No more and certainly no less, because we are not coming back."
(Shouting up to a moving helicopter) "My orders were to get you all out safely. Don't worry about me. My work here is done."
