A man with a surprisingly similar face to that of the famous Smash Kingdom mascot, it's currently unknown if he has any relation to him. What is known though is that he's the only doctor in the kingdom, and at that, one that's...Not very legal. A back alley doctor, he employs a rather amoral use of medicine more often than not, and it's pretty clear he's got some skeletons in his closet...Possibly literally!
Honestly, go crazy with his voice. I'll accept just about anything...Except for the actual Mario voice. I don't care how well you can imitate it, in this universe they're different people.
