The consummate pessimist, Narps only desire in life is to have just a little quiet and orderliness. Living with both Mace and Grunn, its easy to see how he got into the pessimism racket. [Try to make him sound nasally? Kermit the Frog~ish!]

  • ... But so what if it didn't work? You've still got a good future, and we probably will too, so-

I love the energy on this! Your take of Narp Swaddlemonkey is unique. You definitely showed a variety of emotions given the limited lines and direction. I must ask of you though, are your recordings always echoey? Is there any chance you can filter it out? I can also hear this on your other auditions - perhaps it's to boost the clarity? If you get the chance, could you please send me the original file unedited to [email protected] - I'd love to take a look into it further. ;)

you know, it may actually be the room I'm in, now that I think about it. I have a portable sound booth but I may need to do a little more soundproofing within the room itself. I can check the settings on the video to make sure that no echo is turned on. Do you have thoughts on what else could be causing? I'll give it another shot with some alterations to my environment to see if I can fix :) thanks for your feedback.

Your most welcome! Perhaps it's because of the kind of mic you're using and it's software. Do check out your settings and consult Google search/Youtube for videos to troubleshoot the issue. Hope it'll all work out and looking forward to an update!
