Rattis, is a very mysterious and shady individual. He is a mentor and father figure to Phineas, but his motives are unclear. His reasoning for his actions will be discovered later. 

**His voice is older than Phineas and Tanner (middle-aged and wise). He speaks with a slight English accent. Voice wise, a mix between Voldemort and the Emperor.**

  • (hushed) "You can assure me the deed is done?"

  • "Good. This pains me, but our conquest is of utmost importance. We will--"

  • (hushed tone, almost like he's hiding something) "I have a...proposition for you. A new assignment, a conquest of sorts. The cosmos are calling."
