She is one of the four nymphs. As her name suggests,  she is incredibly shy.

She and her "sisters" accost men and small groups of men to mate with them during their brief mating season during the spring and summer months. She takes more of a liking to  Aettus.  But, like all nymphs she is open to lovers of all strides. As with all of the nymphs, she is flirtatious at times. But, her attitude is often more of a follower than a leader.
