History: Tsuruki comes from a very low income family — his job at the local cafe and the money from the government being what barely keeps him, his mother and his sister under a roof. Despite how low pay is at the cafe, Tsuruki works overtime to save money for his family and simply because he enjoys the environment and serving people.

Personality: Friendly and understanding, Tsuruki is very open with whoever he meets. He is easily embarrassed and sometimes a bit awkward but means well.

Range: Medium-High. Soft-spoken but extremely friendly as shown by his voice.
