Toad is Oliver's faithful brake van. The two escaped the cutter's torch after being rescued by Douglas and they now work on The Little Western. Toad is a gentleman of a brake van and always refers to everyone as Mr., Sir, Mrs., or Miss. He can sometimes have his heads in the clouds, but he and Oliver have a strong friendship that they wouldn't trade for anything. He speaks with a Cockney accent.
