For Youngjeong's voice, I imagine her sounding very sultry and mature. Maybe a bit on the posh side. She is a woman who values her duty as the strongest above all else.  She is very selfish and cruel towards the desires of others, especially if they clash with her own. As such, she should always sound very confident if not a little egotistical in her natural speech.
