History: Born in Japan, Watari moved to America when he was 2 years old after the death of his father. His mother moved in an attempt to start fresh in a new country and remarried 3 years later. Watari’s new father and his new step siblings had a love of traveling and once Watari was older, they booked trips around the world to different countries. In order to make the most of his vacations, Watari began to learn different languages. By the time he was accepted into HPA, Watari was fluent in 11 different languages. (English [main], Japanese, Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese, German, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic, Swedish)
Personality: Very formal and professional though he fears being an outcast because of his American upbringing.
Range: Medium-High. Friendly but easily embarrassed.
(Introducing) My name is Watari Akeno. They call me the Ultimate Translator. It's nice to meet you Kojima-san.
(Stating) I'm fluent in about eleven different languages, Japanese being one of them of course.
