Hopus Pocus is apart of King Dice's entertainment staff, and apart of wave 2 during King Dice's battle against Cuphead and Mugman, before the two could possible hope to fight the Devil. Hopus is an insane spell-slinging magician, with nothing more than insanity in his mindset.
