Xiao-Mei is a young Chinese girl who's family was infected with Devilan, she was the only survivor. She is quite the clutz, but is smart, calculated, and cool headed....until Max shows up. Her voice should be high pitched, cute, nerdy, and full of energy, unless she is in deep thought, it  should be a little deeper then.
