I imagine Raptor's voice as a bit more nasally than the rest of the cast. While she does fit the nekomimi trope, she doesn't have that little vocal tick that causes her to say "nyah" or "meow" in her natural speech. A good example for how I want Raptor's voice to sound would be Sarah William's rendition of Neferpitou from Hunter X Hunter. You can go a bit higher but that's about the right tone and amount of nasal that should go into your performance.
