Our favorite fish, Undyne, returns along with everyone else. She is now a police officer in town, supposedly to direct traffic, but all she does is scream "GET OUT OF MY WAY" at cars

However, she seems to be the most jarringly different out of anyone returning. She's no longer in a relationship with Alphys, let alone even knows she exists, coupled with the fact that she doesn't know your name.

Something is definitely wrong here.
