He is Makoto's boss at the police station, he's very mean with her but it's only to hide the fact he considers her like if she was his child. He's over protective with her. He usually is annoying and has a pretty hard/serious voice. Always pushes her to her maximum by giving her the hardest tasks. He has just one white hair one his head.
