Ori, canonically, is the titular hero of the video game Ori and the Blind Forest ( and Will of the Wisps). He is compassionate, merciful, and peaceful. I like to depict him in such a way but he is also quite socially awkward, having a fear of thunder and lightning, having doubts about his own abilities, while still being supportive of what good his friends and family.

notes: the VA I will cast should be skilled in voicing his younger self (would be around maybe 10 years old or so), and his adult self (I'd say around 20 years old). I overall can imagine him sounding like a bit like Edward Elric from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist (samples: https://youtu.be/V3kmafm9bqA and https://youtu.be/bvpJjbphJWQ ). While I don't mind a demo reel being an audition, I would rather have the lines being recorded. Since Ori is a recurring character in the story, I need an actor that will be committed, even if they are just volunteering their talents and are only getting exposure and gratitude in return, since I can't afford to pay money.
