Kevin is a member of a biker gang called The Nephilums, in fact, he's the second best medic in the gang, even able to remove bullets without spilling a single drop of blood.

Personality: laid back, yet moody and easily annoyed. He acts a lot like the stereotype emo kid that sits behind school by himself, yet he's not emo at all, if that makes sense. He actually sounds similar to Peter Parker (I didn't make that clear, it seems.)

Voice desc: slightly high, sounds tired almost all the time, except when he's caught in Nephilum-related situations and missions.
