Stelsa Sezyat is a teal-blooded troll with the Licen sign. She's apparently "troll jewish" and is quite keen with fashion. It is revealed that she's a fan of Remele Namaaq's webcomic, and is excited to meet her in person when you mention you're her friend. It is also revealed that she is actually Tyzias Entykk's matesprit, and she seems to disagree with Tyzias's plan of rebellion. The MSPAR helps her by saying that it's okay to be in a relationship and still have differing opinions on things. She tries to hide the fact that Tyzias is not loyal to the empire when the player notices the book lying on the vanity.
I personally imagine her to have a voice in the medium-high voice range for females, but you may depict her however you like or can!
NOTE: Her quirk doesn't actually have punctuation, but I added some so you can know where to pause appropriately. However, keep in mind that she talks pretty fast and loudly (shrill, even), so try not to pause too much. Try to sound enthusiastic and energetic!

"I AM QUITE SURE I DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT. I AM NOT STICKING ANYTHING ELSEWHERE, DEFINITELY NOT TO ANY MAN. AND NEITHER IS TYZIAS. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT, NOT A SINGLE CLUE." (obviously lying)
