She is the princess of the underworld. She is supposed to marry the prince of the heavens to stop the war between the underworld and heaven kingdom but she had her doppelganger take her place because shes not in love with him. Her father kicks her out of the underworld thinking that Luna's doppelganger is his daughter. Luna ends up in the human world, she has friends who try to help her way back to the underworld.
