Bidan's voice should have a very soft, calming tone to it. Think almost kuudere, but not quite. The best voice reference I can think of would be Senjougahara Hitagi from the monogatari series. The way she speaks should be a bit airy and posh. And for the most part, she should give off that "not even trying to be better than everybody else" attitude.
While there is a Pre-Knife version of Bidan, she should more or less sound the same.
