Lisa Kelly is the aunt of Yuna Kim, who became her and her brother's godmother moments before their mom and dad both died of different medical issues (mom died of Bone Cancer, dad died of Cirrhosis of the liver) when Yuna was only 3 years old, while the brother was 7. she can be cranky, while also being hyper and happy around yuna. 2 years before the story's events, Yuna and Lisa both got home, finding Yuna's uncle and brother, bloody and dead, in their house in Korea, resulting in them agreeing to restart their lives in order to recover from that horrible day, and they decide to restart in America, which is where Lisa and Yuna's mom were born before meeting their husbands in South Korea. Lisa will be seen on some occasions in the story, so her role in the story is small and short-lived.
