-Reports on normally very dry business-economic related news, but is offset by his deadpan snarkiness. I imagine he’s kinda like a Tony-Stark-type sarcastic who just cracks wise at everything regardless of safety hazards and bends around any rules to do so.
-Often gets sidetracked and editorializes. Annoys the crap out of his superiors.
-Lived in relative ease through most of his life, so no tragic backstories or anything to infer. Just mild comic relief in summation.
-Looking for someone with quick-talking charm and charm-misma and is able to pull off dry humor without it seeming really forced. Just a pleasant feel is a major point, btw
