Phoenix Ishida is an 10-year old child who doesn't have superpowers yet, but looks forward to the day she does get them greatly. She lives with her father, Takuro Ishida, in a small apartment near downtown. She often spends a lot of her time at home alone, as Takuro often has to work.
Phoenix is eccentric, loud, and easily excitable. She also talks a lot, and has been referred to as "annoying" on multiple occasions. She means well, though. She has a warm and high voice, and of course sounds very young.
