Sir Laughalot is a silly - quirky is a better word for it - kind-hearted knight of Fleur.  He has rarely been respected in the knight's court, and thus has took to becoming a jester/troubadour to help bring in some money for himself.  He should be played with a soft Latin American accent, and with a bounce in each word.  Imagine, something like Lin Manuel-Miranda as the voice of Fenton Crackshell but with a little spin on it.
