He is kind, loving and all around a pleasant friend to all he meets. Even in the face of those who hate him, he has only shown compassion and strived to outdo and achieve what his bullies said he couldn’t do. He suffers from Asthma, but that drawback still doesn’t keep him from practicing and being hardworking and talented in his ability. He is extremely talkative, friendly and bubbly to everyone, a social butterfly even to his enemies. He is especially kind and respectful to his classmates. After gaining fame in the Olympics and many other national/international competitions alike, and being dubbed as the greatest skater in the world at such a young age, Yuzu applied by himself to the Academy, wanting to learn other skills to add on to his reputation for when he does retire in the future.
After careful consideration, Yuzu's voice is most similar to Yuri Katsuki's Japanese dub, from the anime Yuri on ice. However slightly higher pitched interpretations are welcome.
1. (cheery/happy) “Quite the introduction we had there, I apologise for bumping into you like that, I’m quite the Klutz off the ice. I’m Yuzu, Yuzu Hanju. The Ultimate Figure Skater. Ooh...you’ve heard me by that title. I guess being called the greatest male figure skater in the world is flattering..but more often than not, it’s overwhelming.”
2. (disturbed/determined) “A killing game…? That’s bogus! I’ll do everything I can to make sure we all get along, nothing’s going to get in my way of making sure we survive this wretched place!”
3. (cheerful/bubbly) “I’ll be able to put on my greatest performance yet! And it’s all thanks to you, Yuuya. I’ll make sure to keep in touch with you and everyone else I made friends with after this is all over...I know deep down that none of us want this killing game.”
4. (happy/friendly) “Awwwh, thanks! I got a gift for you as well! Aren’t we just so in sync right now? I bet we’ll be the best of friends in no time~!”
5. (aggressive) “Let me break the ice in your argument!”
