Rouge the Bat is a GUN operative, one of Sonic's allies, and was a member of the Resistance in Sonic Forces.

She will appear in the video during the dinner scene in the first third.

Although I prefer a voice akin to Kathleen Delaney's take (Sonic X-Black Knight), feel free to make this performance as you wish.
