She's one of the antagonists from the Pokemon series. She, along with her teammates James and Meowth, usually work under cover whether to steal Pikachu from Ash's home up in Celgreb Hills or pilfering goods for whoever hires them to steal, like Johnny Cuba.  Her voice should sound like either Rachael Lillis or Michele Knotz.
