Kuichisake-onna is a serial killing monster, and leader of the Satsujin-tai. She appears to be a normal young woman, besides her dry eyes that show she's a monster. Equipped with a pair of Scissors and a medical mask, she approaches unsuspecting victims before asking them a simple question: "Do you think I'm pretty?" And once this happens there is almost no escape from her. You can't run, she'll follow. Answer incorrectly, and you die. If you say yes, she takes off her medical mask revealing her mouth split open from ear to ear, with two sets of teeth and a forked tongue. She asks the victim the question again: "Do you think I'm pretty?" say yes, she cuts your mouth, say no she cuts you in half.

There are few who know how to escape her.
