Junko in the Musical: Junko Enoshima attends Westerburg High and is friends with Mikan Tsumiki and Mukuro Ikusaba. She is one of the most popular girls in school, along with Mukuro and Mikan. She is a complete asshole to those around her.

Junko in the Game: As a young fashionista, Junko is described as simply "not fake", charismatic and eager to try new things. During her first appearances, she comes across slightly air-headed and hot-tempered. In the official art book, she is described as a person who "drips with dissatisfaction the moment she opens her mouth" and tends to be in trouble with her classmates. She is also mentioned to be a bit too talkative with an overly carefree attitude. However, Junko's real personality, revealed at the conclusion of the Killing School Life, is notably different: very apathetic and easily bored to an unhealthy and abnormal degree. Because of this, her behavior and mannerisms tended to be extremely erratic and unstable by her own autonomous design; keeping up one "appearance" for too long bores her, which causes her to often switch between different personas. However, she is capable of maintaining one persona for extended periods of time when necessary, such as when she was overseeing the students through Monokuma. Junko's "moods" included (but were not limited to) her Monokuma persona, sickening cuteness, severe depression, clinical sophistication, boisterous vulgarity, eerie stoicism, and haughty superiority. She switched between "moods" regularly, often imitating other students' expressions, which made for a highly unsettling conversation with the survivors. While entering the Hope's Peak Academy as one of Class 78's students, she often talked as if narrating a story, writing down her thoughts in a notebook.

Voice: Try and get as close as you can to her voice! Her voice is extremely hard to do, especially her other personalities, but I don't think we'll be using her other personalities, so just be her Fashionista self.

Context: Chiaki soon realizes that popularity is a double-edged sword when Junko Enoshima discovers that Kaede has had a crush on Shuichi Saihara since he kissed her in kindergarten. [Junko Enoshima, spoken]
Are we gonna have a problem?
You got a bone to pick?
    You’ve come so far
Why now are you pulling on my dick?
I’d normally slap your face off
    And everyone here could watch
    But I’m feeling nice
    Here’s some advice
    Listen up, biotch!

    [Junko Enoshima]
    Lookin’ hot
    Buying stuff they cannot

    [Junko Enoshima]
    Drinkin’ hard
    Maxin’ Dad’s credit card

    [Junko Enoshima]
    Skippin’ gym
    Scaring her
    Screwing him

    [Junko Enoshima]
    Killer clothes

    [HEATHERS]
    Kickin’ nerds in the nose!

    [Junko Enoshima]
    If you lack the balls
    You can go play dolls
Let your mommy fix you a snack

    [Junko Enoshima]
    Or you could come smoke
    Pound some rum and coke
In my Porsche with the quarterback

Context: Chiaki decides to go to her house to apologize, with Nagito tagging along. Junko orders Chiaki to make her a hangover cure, and Nagito, apparently jokingly, suggests putting toxic drain cleaner in it as revenge. Chiaki tells him to stop and he apologizes, kissing her. Still dazed from the kiss, Chiaki grabs the wrong cup. Nagito notices the mix-up but says nothing as Junko humiliates Chiaki, rejects her apology, drinks the drain cleaner, and dies. Fearing no one will believe it was an accident, Chiaki panics until Nagito spots Junko's copy of The Bell Jar. He convinces Chiaki to forge a suicide note. In the process, she makes Junko sound deeper, misunderstood, and complex than she actually was, gaining her sympathy from the entire school and inspiring ex-hippie teacher Ms. Fukawa to start a school-wide campaign to prevent teenage suicide.

    [Junko Enoshima, sings]
No one thinks a pretty girl has feelings
    No one gets her insecurity
I am more than shoulder pads and makeup
No one sees the me inside of me...

    [Junko Enoshima, spoken]
Jesus, you're making me sound like Air Supply!
