LonelyKnight for Tegiri Kalbur
Tegiri Kalbur is a teal-blooded troll with the Libittarius sign. He is the founder of the Eastern Alternian Fine Animated Arts Appreciation Society, aka his anime club. He carries around a katana with him and is very law-focused, vowing to kill anyone who commits illegal acts or is violating the law. However, there has been a couple exceptions, one of them being Polypa and the other being the shopkeeper of his favorite Eastern Alternian merch shop. He's quite dramatic and gives long spiels that seem to come from some anime he watches, but it appears that he's actually quite lonesome.
I personally imagine him to have voice in the medium voice range for males, but you may depict him however you like or can! Try to capture the dramatic otaku vibe from him as well, that's important!
