This is the voice heard during the video 'Contingency'. Despite the severity of the situation that the video presents, the voice in the alert itself always presents with an unsettling calm, never breaking character even when telling the American population to 'take the final and greatest liberty of all'. I'd imagine the voice sounding similar to that of a war veteran.

I expected the distortion at the final quote to have a lot more static, but otherwise, great work!
