The Bogeyman is the ruler of the nightmare realm. Though it did not seem like it, he cares very much about Jasper, Ink, and the other nightmares.
In the end, he sacrifices himself to the Sandman and leaves the realms in the hands of Ink and Jasper.

He should have a low, booming voice (however, please do not add any audio effects).

  • *mournful* The Sandman changed ever since he started devouring nightmares. I tried keeping everyone from him. But he kept luring bad dreams to his realm. *disappointing in himself* I couldn’t really help anyone…
